I called to inquire about their guided hunts, and a female answered the phone. She was one of the rudest people I have dealt with. In the small business environment, where personable is the most important factor with respect to customer service, I would give these people a D grade. I only asked the woman if they offered opened land hunting, as opposed to canned hunts, and she was offended and started raising her voice at me. This was on May 13, 2014. I will never call this business again!!!!
